System Monitoring – Gone are the days when you had to be logged into a system to review alerts, by configuring system monitoring in your Solution Manager system you will be able to see an overview of the status of all your systems from one view and in one window. This finally brings a real ‘Operations Dashboard’ into standard SAP. The allied System Administration functionality also allows you to perform all your system checks and administration tasks from one view and logs all such monitoring and maintenance for full auditability.

Business Process Monitoring – It is all very well and good being able to see how your database is performing and other such technical checks but in an environment where your business processes can be spread across multiple systems, it is important to be able to see how your business processes are working from a real end-to-end perspective. BPM allows your business analysts to keep a check on the performance of your business processes without having them burdened with technical performance terms.
